Does my team need a technical background?
No. The sessions are built for the people doing the work, whatever that work is.
How many people per session?
Small groups. Beyond about a dozen, people stop asking the questions that make the session useful.
Can you train us on a tool we already bought?
Yes, and that is a common request. We have no stake in which tool you chose.
What does your team need to learn?
Tell us what they do all day and we will propose a programme around it, rather than a syllabus we already had lying around.
