Bridle Personal
Most expense apps ask for your bank credentials and send your spending to a server you cannot see. Bridle Personal takes the opposite position: your spending stays on your phone, and the app does not ask for internet permission at all.

Questions we get asked
If it has no internet, how does it get my transactions?
You enter them, or import them from what your bank already gives you. That is the trade: less automatic, and nothing leaves the phone.
What happens if I lose my phone?
That is the honest cost of local-first, and it is one of the things we are working through in the beta rather than pretending it is solved.
Is it related to the open-source bridle?
Yes. The budget logic underneath is the same package, which means it can be inspected.
