The method
Most AI projects that fail did not fail at the model. They failed because nobody decided what was worth automating, or because the pilot worked and then nobody used it. The method exists to make both of those harder.
What a method prevents
- Building the thing someone saw in a demo instead of the thing your business needs.
- A pilot that works and dies, because adoption was nobody's job.
- Not being able to say whether it worked, because success was never defined.
The five stages
- Discovery. We map your processes and data to find where the lost time lives. We talk to the people doing the work, not only to whoever signs.
- Advisory. We identify what can be automated and what AI actually improves — including what we would leave alone, and why.
- Proposal. What to do and how, in writing, with scope, expected return and the risks worth naming.
- Adoption. We build and integrate into what you already use, and we stay while your team changes how it works.
- Ongoing support. We measure, tune and remain reachable. A stage that ends the day you no longer need us.
For custom projects and the administrative agent: a fixed price from $750, credited toward the project. The industry agents do not need it.
What you get at each stage
Discovery ends in a process map. Advisory ends in a shortlist with feasibility. The proposal is a document you could hand to another supplier. Adoption ends with the code, the infrastructure and the documentation in your hands. Nothing here is hostage to us.

Questions we get asked
Can I stop after the proposal?
Yes, and some clients do. The roadmap is yours and it is written so another team could execute it. We would rather be chosen than locked in.
How long does the whole thing take?
Discovery and advisory are usually one to three weeks for a small business. Adoption depends entirely on what was decided, and the proposal says so with dates.
What if you find nothing worth automating?
Then we say so. It is a real outcome and it costs you far less than finding out after the build.
